Ben & Ashley
Hello!
We know this is a confusing and difficult time for you while you are trying to figure out the best option for you and your baby. We admire and respect you so much for choosing life and for considering adoption.
We are Benjamin and Ashley and thank you for looking at our profile. We have been together for sixteen years and happily married for twelve years. Ben was a professional cook for twelve years and Ashley was in several fields of nursing before we decided to work for my wife’s family company which allows us to be able to work from home. We were blessed to have 2 biological children, Yeardley and Graham before we became unable to have more children due to a hysterectomy from precancerous cells. We agreed early on in our relationship, before having children, to be open to adoption. God has placed it in our hearts that this is the time.
We live in Texas, close knit to our parents and grandparents on a ranch, with many pets and farm animals. We enjoy being outside and playing in our extra-large backyard. The evening usually involves a fun movie at home or a vinyl record from our large collection. We enjoy traveling around America and have a fun family goal to see each National Park and camp out at as many state parks as we can. We have fun homeschooling our children together in a Christian focused curriculum.
After announcing our wishes to start the adoption process, we gained enthusiastic support from our families. Our home is walking distance to Ashley’s Grandparents and parents whom we see daily, and Ben’s parents live near in the area too. It has been very exciting to plan out a nursery once more! Depending on how you feel, we would like to keep an open relationship with you highlighting big moments with text and pictures. We also respect and understand your privacy and will honor your decisions about the amount of contact you want, from a lot of pictures to very little or no contact.
We thank you again for the time you are taking to learn a little bit about our family. We don’t know you yet, and don’t know if we will meet, but we will be praying for you and your child.
