This Is Us

We are a single parent household with two adoptive children and rescue pets. We are seeking to continue to expand our family through adoption. Our waiting child had the opportunity to visit us in 2021 during a Kidsave hosting program. Unbeknownst to us, we immediately knew this waiting child would be our next family member.

My waiting child is diagnosed with special needs, and I am neurodivergent. Special needs is not a condition or deficit but rather it is what makes us different and unique from everyone else in the world. I parent my children to bring out the best version of themselves from the inside out instead of driving results from the outside to meet society's expecation that enable perceptions.

We are near the end of our adoption journey but our finances have become limited, unfortunately. Despite this, we stay in faith knowing we were meant to be the forever family for our waiting child. We welcome any support you would provide.
