The Arnold Family Adoption

Welcome to our story!

We are the Arnolds: Steve, Brittney, Theo, and Camilla. God has given us two amazing, fun, loving, and unique children. He tells us in His Word that “Children are a heritage from the Lord, the fruit of the womb a reward. Like arrows in the hand of a warrior are the children of one’s youth. Blessed is the man who fills his quiver with them!” (Ps 127:3-5). Ever since we began family planning, adoption has been in the picture. After two of our own biological children, it moved to the forefront as we began talking about a third child. We sought out God’s will in this decision through much prayer, fasting, and discussion. Initially, we felt we would pursue adoption through infant adoption. However, as we researched adoption further, our eyes were opened to the lesser known route of embryo adoption. We are drawn to the need and idea that there is an unborn child, frozen, waiting to be given the chance at life.

God has called us to Him and claimed us as his children. And now we hope to expand our family, in a reflection of His example, by adding an adopted child to our quiver. 

We were directed to Adoption Bridge as a way of helping to fundraise the costs for adoption. We are confident in our decision, and we are confident that God will provide the resources and costs for adoption through various avenues. The costs are steep, and we are making sacrifices to faithfully do our part on this journey. We realize that you may be interested in walking this road with us, even willing to help us along the way. So we would be delighted if you would pray on our behalf, give if you feel led, and help equip us to be faithful parents.
