Need help adopting my orphan nephew

Hi everyone, please help me adopted this newborn orphan who was abandoned by his mother and father. He is currently in Haiti with little to no guardian supervision. He is malnourished and I am very concerned with his well being. I am in need of help to adopt him quickly but will need a little help to do so.
