David and I are excited to embark on the journey of adoption! The path here has been shaped by over ten years of infertility, which has been both painful and refining. Through treatments, unknowns, and seasons of grief, we have leaned on our faith, our families, and wise counsel to keep moving forward with hope. Through all of it, we truly believe God has been leading us to this moment and to adoption. Our faith is the foundation of our story, and it has carried us through every high and low. We stand on the promise of 1 John 3:1, “See what great love the Father has lavished on us, that we should be called children of God.” That promise shapes how we see our future child. They will always know they are deeply loved and chosen, first by God and then by us. We believe deeply that family is built through love and commitment, not biology. Adoption is not a backup plan for us. It is something we feel called into with purpose and joy. Our hope is to raise a child who knows without question that they are loved and chosen, surrounded by a home full of faith and support.

Funds will go to adoption agency fees, covering all aspects of what the agency provides: support for expectant mothers, adoptive families, and birth families. This includes unplanned pregnancy counseling, financial support, transportation and housing support, medical care and health insurance support, home study assistance, matching services, and placement services to ensure a compassionate and respectful adoption process.

It takes a village to raise a child and we are leaning on our village to help bring to reality the gift of a child for our family. We know our God is the God of the impossible and nothing is too great for Him to accomplish! Thank you for being the hands and feet of Christ and helping us bring Baby Timmes into our family!
