Our Story —
We met in early 2019 and became best friends very quickly. We married the following Spring of 2020. So many that knew us thought we were crazy to marry so quickly. We both had been so careful with our hearts for so long, yet when we met, we knew what we had was genuine. Since then, we have dreamed and prayed for children. After struggling with infertility and learning of our inability to conceive, we decided our future family could still be possible through the miracle of adoption. We are so very excited to adopt! ♡

 

Our Life —
We live in Oklahoma in a 3 bedroom house with our 2 dogs and 2 cats. We are also a foster family and we currently have two sweet toddlers in our home so that we can love and care for them while their mommy gets better! Our neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The kind of neighborhood where kids still can be seen riding bikes with each other and stopping at houses along their path to pick up their friends. We both come from big and very close-knit families that support us so fully in our path to adoption! We spend as much time as possible with our neices, nephews, and godchildren. Their cuddles and love mean so much to us!

 

Work and Hobbies —
Spencer works as a Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant and Christy is a Manufacturing Engineer. We both absolutely love our jobs and strive to do the best we possibly can at them! We love to travel, and we have a soft spot (yet a very competitive spirit) when it comes to playing board games or cards.

 

How can you support us? —

• Prayer and Spiritual Support — There is no such thing as too much prayer! Prayer is a beautiful way you can support us in our journey and we are beyond thankful for that!

• Financial Support — Contributions to assist us in covering the overwhelming cost of adoption is always so appreciated. We have hit one trial after another through this process, but we firmly believe that when a person is on the path that God has laid for them, the devil will work his hardest to throw them off-course. We will never give up hope for growing our family and we trust in God's plan to see us through to the end!
• Helping Others — This may seem like a strange way to support us, but when you see a family struggling or you hear of someone that struggles with infertility, we simply ask that you offer them a hand or a listening ear. The path through infertility is a lonely one, but we are not alone! Sometimes it's just nice to have that reminder. ☺
