Completing our Family

We Chalres, Brittany, and Nathan Payne. Charles and I got married in 2017. I have PCOS and endometriosis, so we struggled to get pregnant. We finally got pregnant in early 2021 and it ended in a miscarriage. A few months later, we got pregnant again and welcomed our rainbow baby in February 2022 after a difficult pregnancy that ended with pre-eclampsia and Nathan being born a month early. 

We've dreamed of having other children, but my body isn't healthy enough to carry another. With my mom being an adopted child, adoption has always been something that we knew would be something we'd like to consider. Not only would this grow our family, but we'd be able to provide a child with loving parents when life, for whatever reason, has taken that away from them. We believe that we'd be able to provide a safe, loving environment for whichever child God sees fit for us to have join our family.
