We are so thankful that God has placed this book in your hands. We're blown away by your bravery and humbled by your courage in taking this loving step toward adoption for your baby— We know that he/she will be a huge blessing to the family who is fortunate enough to raise him/her up.

We are Xavier and Hilary— We have been married for eleven years  and we started a business together 9 years ago and our favorite part of the job is the flexibility that comes with owning our own business-- We get more time together and at home than the average couple and we use that time and flexibility to be sure that we will be at every soccer game, dance recital, school play, etc. to cheer on our children. Family is everything to us and all of our parents grandparents, cousins, nieces, and nephews are eager to welcome a precious little one to the family.

Our journey to adoption began when Hilary was diagnosed with early-stage breast cancer back in 2018. Her breast cancer was detected very early (stage 1a at time of surgery) but after Hilary's treatment we decided not to attempt to grow our family biologically. We felt that God was calling us to adoption and we are fortunate enough to have friends and family who have/are adopted as well.

Adoption has been the biggest blessing of our lives. We are grateful every day that our daughters’ birth parents chose us and trusted us. Our girls are proud of their adoption and proud of their roots! They know that they are deeply loved and cared for not only by us but also by the birth families that trusted us.

We have experienced lots of ups and downs together and we have learned a lot about what we believe in and hope for. We believe in treating others with love and grace. We believe in working hard and living with purpose and integrity. We believe in finding hope in the midst of pain and facing hardship with strength and courage. We believe a full life includes laughter and warmth and lots of joy and we promise to provide that to all of the children we welcome into our family.
