There is a verse in the Bible that says, “Give honor to whom honor is due.” We wanted to start out first & foremost by giving YOU honor & letting you know that you have done an honorable thing by choosing life for your child.
We can imagine that the road up to this point has not been easy for you & there may be days ahead that bring about even more challenges.
We want you to know that whether or not you are the person who chooses to give us the sacred privilege and honor of adopting your child into our family, that we are praying for the nearness, courage and comfort from God for all of the Mothers and Fathers contemplating adoption.
Thank you for taking the time to consider our family. We truly believe that adoption is at the heart of the Gospel of Jesus, towards all of humanity. We have eagerly said yes to allowing God to grow our family through adoption, to demonstrate that same love that He has poured out on us to you, your child or whomever the Lord brings into our family.
A little bit more about us, is, we love being active, whether that’s outdoors or in the gym. We love to travel and go on adventures. As a family we enjoy nature walks & hiking, playing games, reading good books, watching movies together and enjoying yummy food. We have a deep core value for heart connection, and love finding ways to intentionally grow that. We’ve spent a lot of time reflecting and praying about what openness could look like in our adoption journey. It’s deeply important to us that the birth family feels valued and connected. We hope to share regular updates—through photos, letters, phone calls, or emails—as the child grows. We’re also open to in-person visits throughout the year, especially for special milestones and moments. Our desire is to build a meaningful, respectful relationship that feels natural and supportive for everyone involved. We truly believe that openness can be a beautiful way to expand our family and give the child a deeper understanding of where they come from and how deeply they are loved by everyone.Sincerely,
