Domestic Adoption

Hello!

For months and months we have prayed for you, the mother who would one day read our letter and see our profile. We’ve prayed for you to have wisdom, confidence in your decisions, peace in your heart, health to your body, and joy in your day-to-day. We are excited and grateful to have the opportunity to share a bit of our story as you consider plans for you and your child. We may not have met you, but we do know that you have what it takes to make the best decisions for you and your little one! We pray that you would have clarity and confidence in this process as well as encouragement around you!

A little bit about our family... We are parents to three beautiful, healthy, and active children ages 10, 8, and 6. Their little personalities are so different, but they are truly three of the most caring and thoughtful kids we know. We love being parents and have always planned for a fourth child. We met in 2011 while doing internships at our church in Greenville, SC. We connected over our love of music, faith, and humor.  From the time we realized we wanted to marry one another, we felt that adoption would be a part of our family’s story.

Outside of work and school, you will find us exploring outside, playing sports, serving at our church, and spending time with friends. We love family bike rides, watching Dude Perfect, playing board games, and going on adventures. When we find time for ourselves, we love day trips into the mountains, relaxing at coffee shops or bookstores, and binging good shows.

We live on a fun 10-acre property down a dirt road outside of Atlanta, GA. We feel we have the best of both worlds. We live close to "town" but have the "country" feel. On our property, there is plenty of woods to explore, a pond to fish in, and lots of grass to run and play. Our home looks as if it belongs in the mountains with an open living space and lots of sunlight. We enjoy campfires by the pond and sitting on our screened in porch watching college football. There is a neighborhood just down the dirt road with some of our closest friends and their families. We often find ourselves riding our golf cart or bikes down the dirt road for an impromptu dinner, play date, or fun at the neighborhood pool.

If you feel our family would be a great fit, we are committed to raising your child in a loving and joy-filled home. We see connectedness to birth families as a blessing for both the child and our family. We would hope to stay connected through photos, videos, and visits and would always want to follow your lead and honor your comfort level as we navigate this special relationship. We recognize the journey ahead requires so much sacrifice and courage. We pray that God gives you strength and wisdom.

With all of our love and support,

Jason and Caleigh and family
