In 2020 we decide to start our family, but God had different plans for us. In October

2021 we did some preliminary testing. I received the worst phone call that I never imagined. Having a family was going to be much more difficult for us as I was diagnosed with premature ovarian insufficiency, AKA extremely low egg count/probable early menopause. In February of 2022 we started fertility treatments in the hopes of having a biological child. We tried IUI (intrauterine insemination) for six months with both oral and inject-able medications giving us about a 10% chance rather than the 3% the doctor predicted we would have naturally. After this failed our options were IVF, Embryo adoption, or traditional adoption. We knew that IVF was not the path for us but we weren't ready to move to adoption. We decided to take some time and do our best to just live our lives the two of us. This March Luke and I decided to start the

process to adopt embryos.

There are hundreds of thousands of extra frozen embryos in the United states right now.

We can't wait to see which of these tiny lives God is going to bring into our family. "You saw my unformed body; all the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be" (Psalm 139:16 NIV) The LORD will give strength to His people; The LORD will bless His people with peace." (Psalm 29:11 NKJV) We have peace that God is leading us in this decision. We ask that you come along side us by praying for us and our future family.

I am so sorry that you have had to go through so much to get to this place! But I know God loves you and your family to be so much and He is walking with you.
