Dear Expectant Mother,

We are excited that you are taking time to look at our adoption profile. The situation and decisions you are currently facing for you and your child are difficult and challenging.  We are praying for you and your child regardless of if you choose to place your child for adoption.  We are humbled and honored that you would consider us as an option to parent your child.

Both of us knew we wanted to be parents but have been unable to have children biologically.  We decided to adopt because adoption is already a part of our extended family on both sides so we know it is a wonderful gift and a loving way to bring a child into our family.  We also know the beauty of open adoption. Curtis’ mom is a birth mother and we have a good relationship with Curtis’ half-sister.  Our parents, siblings, friends and church family are excited for us to adopt and be parents.

We met in 2017 and quickly knew that we wanted to go on adventures together for the rest of our lives.  We were married in 2019 in our home state of Colorado.  We love living in Colorado where we both grew up.  Together we enjoy traveling, hiking, camping, exploring local festivals, getting together with friends, and working out.  We are active in a Christian church and have a family of faith there.  Michelle enjoys sewing, playing music at our church and reading.  Curtis enjoys sporting events, games and playing golf.  Our parents, siblings, aunts, uncles, and cousins live in Colorado and we see them often.  We are looking forward to including our child or children in these activities and finding new adventures to go on as a family.
