We would like to begin by saying thank you for taking the time to read our letter and allowing us the opportunity to show you a little bit about our lives. Our hope is that you will have love and support while making this important decision for you and your baby.
We want you to know how much we admire and respect your bravery to choose adoption. We are already praying for you as you weigh the options in front of you and make the best decisions possible for you and your baby.
We both grew up in Southern California. We started dating in 2010 and we got married in October of 2012. We enjoy spending time together either going out with our friends, going to a baseball games or going to listen to live music. We both serve in different ministries at our church and we host a weekly bible study in our home.
Al has worked at FedEx for 15 years; for fun, he enjoys watching baseball or football, golfing and spending time with friends. I have my own business in the medical field, in my spare time I enjoy traveling, entertaining family and friends at our house and listening to live music.
We were blessed to have one daughter Ella who is 4. Ella is very outgoing and she has a gentle spirit. She loves to learn, dance and swim and she can’t wait to be a big sister! We enjoy spending time as a family outside either swimming in our pool or riding our bikes to the park or to get ice cream.
We live in a cozy 4 bedroom home in a quiet neighborhood. We have a large backyard and several parks within walking distance. We have been blessed with friendly neighbors, some who are original owners and others who have children that Ella can play with.
Both of our extended families live in Orange County which is nice because we are close to our parents, siblings and cousins. We spend time with both sides of our families – some of our favorite things to do include going to Angel games, BBQing, going to the beach and concerts in the park. From both sides of our family Ella has 10 cousins, which makes for a great time! Between birthday parties, holidays, sleepovers and pool parties, we spend a lot of time together.
Please know that this child has been prayed for and wanted for a long time, and that they will be covered with love and support, not only by us, but also by our tight knit community of family and friends. If you chose to make an adoption plan, please know that we promise to respect you and your decision of the relationship you want to have with your child. Our hope is that we can have an open adoption so that the child knows every piece of who he or she is and that we can share in the special memories as the child grows up. Whether you chose us or not, we pray that you would be blessed in your journey as a mother.
